Lust for Life...

Rosscarbery Steam Runners hit the runway in Cork Airport last night at Lust for Life- a movement for well being encouraging all and bringing awareness of mental health.

All our members really enjoyed every minute of this fantastic memorable run. Whatsmore, this was the first 5K run for some of our recent members, well done guys!

Also congrats and well done to our new recruit to the club....Bressie and his Lust for Life team for organising such a great event. If last night wasn't enough some even managed to attend the local Reindeer Run in Skibbereen this morning, fair play guys another great charity to support. We look forward to the next events! Keep it up.
